📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In certain cases, high demand or inventory constraints may cause delays. If an item becomes temporarily out of stock after your order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Out-of-Stock & Delayed Orders
If your item is temporarily unavailable:
- We will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone with an updated estimated fulfillment timeline.
- If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to fulfill and ship the order once inventory becomes available.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delayed fulfillment due to restocking does not constitute grounds for cancellation or chargeback if the order is ultimately delivered.
Customer Communication Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring their email/phone for order-related communications.
Failure to respond to outreach regarding delays, confirmations, or fulfillment options does not invalidate the order once it has been shipped and delivered.
